About to ICBII 2026
The International Conference on Blockchain, Information and the Internet of Things (ICBII 2026) will be held grandly in Hefei, China's comprehensive national science center. This meeting focuses on the deep integration of blockchain technology, modern information science and the Internet of Things system, and is committed to building a cutting-edge, open and interdisciplinary international academic exchange platform, bringing together experts and scholars, scientific researchers, information technology engineers, enterprise technical directors and policy makers in the fields of computer science, cryptography, distributed systems, network security, industrial Internet, artificial intelligence and intelligent perception. The conference will conduct in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics such as blockchain consensus mechanism and scalability optimization, smart contract security and formal verification, decentralized identity (DID) and privacy protection technologies (such as zero knowledge proof), innovative applications of blockchain in supply chain traceability, digital finance, e-government, IoT device identity authentication and edge blockchain architecture, industrial IoT security system empowered by blockchain, time sensitive network and trusted data on chain, cross chain interoperability and Web3.0 infrastructure, blockchain based data ownership and sharing mechanism, and blockchain storage and management of IoT big data. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper presentations, security attack and defense demonstrations, and system prototype demonstrations, we aim to promote the deep integration of blockchain as a "trust engine" into the information and IoT ecosystem, and build a secure, transparent, and trustworthy digital infrastructure. ICBII 2026 emphasizes the core concept of "connecting all things through the chain and ensuring the trustworthiness of data intelligence", and is committed to solving the problems of data silos, security vulnerabilities, and lack of trust in the Internet of Things environment, helping to promote the development of the digital economy and modernization of social governance. The high-quality papers accepted by the conference will be recommended for publication in relevant international journals indexed by EI, Scopus, or IEEE to enhance academic influence.
Record
All full paper submissions to the ICBII 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICBII 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icbii@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
